Oscar De La Renta Resort 2013

Oscar de la Renta adds glitz and glam to his soft and pretty gingham and floral print dresses  with colorful jewels. Models adorn ensembles covered in sequins, accessorized with enamel necklaces and punchy mosaic-inspired earrings. The traditional ultra feminine Oscar de la Renta silhouette featuring a cinched waist and flowy bottom is consistently delivered throughout this collection. De la Renta’s on and off splash of color are interrupted by stark contrasts in black and white. Black and white was a very popular color combination as it graced lace sundresses gingham pantsuits and floor-length gowns. In addition to the gingham and floral print, there was a brush stroke print in multicolored hues which was toned down by a similar watercolor pattern in blue and white. Models rocked messy buns with streaks of neon blue, yellow, and green.

colour and rebirth of style into women’s wardrobes.When making the

collection i had superstars in mind, i imagined superstars wearing it. Its a collection for stars and its made to make you feel like one too when you wear it.”
